Ingredients List:

Heaped handful of dinosaur kale

Heaped handful of spinach

One crisp red apple chopped up

One lemon (cut in half, squeeze first half in then chop the whole rind for the second half)

Few stalks of celery

Fresh cut pineapple

1-2 Persian Cucumbers

Use a base of coconut or aloe water for that extra hydration
